Heating is oil powered and amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. A private driveaway offers space for two cars, as well as off-road parking. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and gravelled area, and a rear garden with raised patio, gravelled area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are 1.9 miles away. Please note that the king-size bedroom is an attic room with sloped ceilings and restricted height. The Old Chapel is a wonderful abode to call home whilst you explore the Cornish coast.

The community contains a pub, shop, Post Office, and a popular fish and chips restaurant. St Ives harbour, which has its own tiny fishing fleet, is close by, and there are plenty of boat tours provided by locals eager to show off the finest of Cornwall, whether it's seal watching at Seal Island, mackerel fishing for a couple of hours, or a quiet cruise.
