The Old Chapel is a charming base from which to explore the North York Moors.
Area The old market town of Kirkbymoorside lies on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Helmsley and Pickering. It is the centre for local farms and villages, as well as a variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and antique shops, while market day runs each Wednesday. The excellent walking and magnificent scenery of the North York Moors National Park is within easy reach, as are the picturesque villages of Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham.
