*There are several flights of stairs within the home, but also an internal lift
*There's air conditioning in the master bedroom, the two basement bedrooms, the kitchen, gym, and cinema room
* The unique bedroom on the lower level across from the work station is surrounded by glass walls, so it’s completely open and visible when the surrounding curtains aren’t drawn
* Although a comfortably-sized room, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze to get around to the other side of the bed in the second bedroom on the lower level
* Like most basement levels there aren’t any open views from the downstairs bedrooms, but they do look onto internal light wells for natural light
