The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with sofa bed, a second-floor double, a double, a bunk, a triple room and a family room with double and a single, along with a bathroom, separate walk-in shower, second-floor cloakroom with separate walk-in shower and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a one-acre rear garden with lawn, patio, gazebo, hot tub, child's play area, trampoline and furniture, along with off-road parking for 10 cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1, a pub. Well-behaved pets welcomed; however smoking is prohibited. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Choose The Lodge for an opulent stay in Lincolnshire. Bedroom 6: second-floor family room with bunk beds and pull-out single bed. Bedroom 7: second-floor family room with 4'6 double and single. On the Ground floor the office can have a single bed placed in it on request. Note: The sofa bed and an additional put-up bed in the downstairs office can sleep up to three extra guests, without the use of the sofa bed or put-up bed, the property sleeps 17 plus cot. First-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. 2 x cloakrooms with basin and WC. Kitchen with AGA and walk-in pantry.
