The interior offers three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a second floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with coal-effect fire. Outside is ample off-road parking, a garden at the front with a lawned area and playground, as well as a shared tennis court. The Granary is the ideal base for a break in a peaceful setting.

St Columb Major is positioned near the north coast of Cornwall and boasts a small handful of amenities to choose from. You are also within easy reach of Newquay, with bars, clubs, a zoo, shops, the National Surfing Centre and many beaches. The South West Coast path offers a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities, while the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are only 12 miles away.
