 The Cottage and Studio at Cobalt offer Style and comfort for a relaxing stay in the beautiful town of Dartmouth. The Cottage at Cobalt offers three well presented and modern bedrooms sleeping up to six people, whilst The Studio below adds accommodation for two. The properties are connected by 19 steps which leads from the paved courtyard from outside The Studio, up to the large decking area which is perfect for BBQs outside of The Cottage.  Close to all shops, restaurants, bars and the picturesque River dart this holiday property has everything you need right on the doorstep for a perfect holiday. A car park permit is provided for the duration of your stay and the car park is less than a minute walk from the property. Dartmouth is a town full of adventure, walk the long stretches of coastal pathway, catch a boat to Totnes and immerse yourself in their vegan markets or take part in the watersports on offer for you to try. Hire a boat and go sailing, fish from the seafront or eat all of the local fish you can get your hands on.

Sleeps: 8 in three bedrooms and a Studio Apartment

Beds: 2 King size beds, 2 zip and lick beds (can be made in either two singles or king size bed. If you would like either king or singles please inform us on booking)

Rooms: Ground floor open plan. Kitchen/living/bedroom with shower room. First floor: Open plan kitchen/living/dining and family bathroom. Second floor: Three bedrooms and family bathroom.

Kitchen and Utilities:  Ground floor apartment: Microwave oven, 2 ring Induction Hob, refrigerator.  

Kitchen and Utilities: First floor The cottage: Electric Oven, electric Induction hob, fridge freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine.

Entertainment: Ground floor: Bluetooth speaker, 32'' wall mounted TV/DVD combi with freeview. The Cottage: Wifi, family games, Smart TV Netflix.

For Families: Stair gate, bed guard, high chair

Outside: Outside decking, paved courtyard, outside table and chairs, Coal BBQ (please provide owen coal)

Parking: A parking permit is available for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in Mayor Avenue car park less than 2 min walk from property.  Spaces are on a  first come first serve basis. 

General: Wifi Provided, Bed linen and rowels provided, No smoking, sorry no pets allowed.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
