On the ground floor is a sitting room with huge fireplace and wood burning stove, and kitchen with dining area. Outside you have your own neat, walled garden and parking for two cars. The Bakehouse is a super cottage, close to amenities in a lovely rural location.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with original ancient stairs (you don't need to use them), 1 x twin (2'6" beds, linkable to 5' double on request). Open plan living area with sitting area with fireplace and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with granite worktops and dining area. Shower-room with shower, basin and WC.

Area
A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, Chagford is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
