Tegfan is a detached bungalow set 0.5 miles from Trearddur Bay in Anglesey. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and arch to dining room and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a garage for small watercraft, a front gravelled garden and a rear gravel and decked garden with furniture and barbecue. Tegfan is a fantastic family base. Check in 4pm and check out 10am.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and arch to dining room. Sitting room. External utility area in garage.

Area
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island on Anglesey. Trearddur Bay offers European Blue Flag sandy beaches, watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing, as well as shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby is South Stack Lighthouse and Holyhead, from where you can catch a ferry to Dublin.

Great property in a quiet close only 10 minutes from a number of beautiful sandy beaches and a selection of good pubs. Well appointed and spacious accommodation and well prepared for our arrival very clean and tidy. The back garden is very private and a good size to enjoy outdoor eating from the permanent barbecue. We had a great time taking in the local attractions including scenic coastal walks, beaches and local beauty spots. Will definitely come again for a relaxing break

"Tegfan" was a real home from home experience.. My wife had been shielding since March and we were a little apprehensive about the trip and in particular the cleanliness of the accomodation. We needn't have worried as the house was spotlessly clean. It's a lovely place with quality furnishings, appliances and facilities including excellent Wifi. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage in all the 3 bedrooms which were very nicely decorated. The bathroom was modern with a lovely powerful shower and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Even a wine fridge! Outside decking areas were very nice with a BBQ, table and chairs. Parking for 3 cars was available. The location of the property was excellent. Less than ten minutes on foot to the lovely beach. We would definitely stay there again and consider ourselves lucky to have found this lovely accomodation at relatively short notice.

We had a good few weeks away and enjoyed ourselves.. The only downside that we found was both of the double beds were uncomfortable to sleep on as the mattresses appeared to need renewing. Otherwise all good.

Treaddur Bay is a lovely place and as a family we were extremely happy with the accommodation we stayed in.. It was a 10 minute walk (with children) to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac amongst other similar residential properties there is no view. We took the grand children for a holiday when the rent for the week is high compared to other times of the year. It a short walk to the blue flag beach though and this is a real plus point if the children enjoy this sort of holiday. The property caters well for a family, the kitchen is really good and there is a lovely dining area. There is wi-fi access but it was very slow, with children hooked on streaming video and on-line gaming this was a plus point for us but the children were a bit put out! The bedrooms were OK with plenty of storage space but we found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable, we struggled to sleep some nights even though we were very tired. The lounge area had a nice big TV, DVD player and some films, games for the children etc. The soft furnishings were comfy but the carpet and upholstery needed a deep clean. There is a washer in the garage but there was no dryer or airer that we could find! Children's clothes and beach wear were dried on the radiators. Luckily we had mostly nice weather so the children's clothes were dried outside when we could. If you are holidaying in the busy season and want to eat out at nearby restaurants, make sure you book. On our first night we ended up eating fish and chips on the seafront, all the restaurants were fully booked! Although the house is roomy there isn't much of a garden if the children want to play outside. Finally, we have rented many holiday houses over the years and taking into account the price we paid this was about average, nothing special and there was none of the WOW factor we have experienced in other rental properties. It is described as a "luxury" house. By our standards it isn't, we have stayed in much better and cleaner places at a far lower cost.
