Sunny Corner is a detached bungalow located in Church Stretton. With three bedrooms consisting of one double and two twins, this cottage can sleep six people. There is also a bathroom, a separate cloakroom, a kitchen with breakfast table, a utility room and a sitting room with dining area and an electric fire. Outside is off road parking for three cars plus an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and a BBQ. Within a short stroll of Church Stretton's centre, this bungalow is a lovely base for friends and families looking for the nearby convenience of shops and pubs, with the benefit of wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep. Note: From the entrance at the side of the property, there are single steps leading to the path and further steps down onto the garden path. There is also a step out of the rear patio door from one of the twin bedrooms.

The pretty market town of Church Stretton lies in the heart of south Shropshire. It is set amid striking scenery and has often been described as "Little Switzerland". The town is the main centre for Shropshire’s hill country and home to a variety of tea rooms, pubs and specialist shops.

We enjoyed staying at sunny corner so much we are going to go back next year, .... We enjoyed staying at sunny corner so much we are going to go back next year, it is beautifully decorated , well equipped , clean, and has big bath towels which was lovely, and the views from the kitchen window are amazing, the garden is fully enclosed which is great when you have a dog, only a few minutes walk to the nearest pub serving food , the pubs are dog friendly and some of the cafes are too and its only about 5 minutes walks to shops, there is also lots of walks around church Stretton, there is also a vet in the town centre which was comforting to know, sunny corner is definitely one of our favourite places we have stayed in

Very comfortable and well equipped bungalow in a very convenient, but quiet location.. Easy short walk in to Church Stretton which has all the amenities needed as well as some lovely cafes and eateries. Garden completely secure for dogs with good, though quite steep, walks accessible from the house without needing to use the car.

After booking this holiday I spoke to a member of your staff regarding a holiday voucher, but because I forgot to enter it at the time of the booking(I telephoned your Company the next day) I was told that they could not accept it, even though it still had plenty of date left before the voucher expired..

This was the third visit to Sunny Corner.. We are a therapeutic women's group who meet annually for a long weekend away. This property is brilliant for our work, as it is private and yet near to the very pleasant town centre, beautiful walks, and cosy house to return to. Everything that we need is provided and we intend to make it our regular "workshop" space. We've just enjoyed a few days of stunning weather - especially in February - with temperatures of nearly 20 degrees in the sunshine. Fabulous!!

This is a great bungalow within easy walk of the great facilities of Church Stretton.. Its position and comfort form a great base to explore all that the surrounding area has to provide. We have been here 3 years running and will look to come again next year as the dog walking is excellent!!

Excellent rental - the photos on the site do not do it justice as it is more spacious and comfortable than expected.. Really great location in the town and all the facilities we needed. The garden has a number of seating areas which we were able to use even this late in the year and the views of the hills (Ragleth) from a number of windows and the garden really added to the enjoyment.

Sunny Corner is Magical.. Very spacious and beautifully presented with the best views from every window. Stunning well kept garden with great choice of seating. Located literally 2 mins walk from the Beautiful Town of Church Stretton which has everything. Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Pubs, Shops all with great friendly atmosphere. Bungalow was more spacious than expected, comfortable and well equipped.. The garden was excellent with a good selection of flowers and well tended. The location was spot on with everything you could need nearby within easy walking distance including the railway station (hourly service to Shrewsbury / Hereford) and a bus stop about a minutes walk away.

Another lovely week at the well placed bungalow in Church Stretton.. Our second visit as it's such a lovely place to stay. It's in a good position for visiting lots of places like Blist Hill in Ironbridge, Bewdley, Much Wenlock, plus walking in the hills. The bungalow has everything you need for young and old. Only niggle this time was a dripping tap in kitchen that drove us mad. We contacted the owner who replied they were struggling to find a plumber! Plus this time there was no welcome pack like milk in the fridge! Apparently an oversight! Nevertheless we will return again.

Everything about the property is very good quality and it is very warm and comfortable.. There is plenty of space and plenty of parking. The owners, and Sykes Cottages,were both really easy and friendly to deal with. It has an ideal location for walking into the town or going for walks and is also just a short walk to the railway station to explore wider. Don't hang around if you see it available - it will get booked up by people who know about it.

There was some black mildew around the top of the bathroom window that needed attention.. Otherwise the cottage was very comfy and in an excellent situation. We would have no hesitation in returning to enjoy another holiday there.

This bungalow is lovely. Very clean. Very well equipped. I particularly loved the piano, what a bonus! It is only a few minutes walk into the town centre which was great. Just one slight negative, as it was the week before christmas we did think there might have been a few decorations or something. There was a ponsettia, but that didn't really cut it! I hope they have put something more there for the people who went in after us and are actually staying over christmas. Otherwise, fine.

My mum and I stayed here for a week in the dead of winter but we absolutely loved this property. For such a large space it was easy to heat and so nice to come back to, all warm and welcoming! You want for nothing in this property as everything has been thought of. This was one of the things we liked the most about it, you could tell a lot of love had been put into the place and it shows in the beautiful decor and relaxing feel of the place. It even has a piano! It's set back from the road a bit in a little cul-de-sac so it's very quiet and peaceful. So many walks start just down the road and its only a minute or two to walk into the centre of Church Stretton. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We just wish it had been warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the lovely garden!

This was a very spacious bungalow in a good position for the town, it was very quiet at all times. We could walk from the door to a variety of places; the shops were really near with a great antique centre to wander round on a wet day. There were lots of lovely walks and good road links. A fantastic place to stay, we can't wait to go back again.

Sunny Corner was an absolutely perfect base for our holiday. The bungalow is in a lovely quiet cul de sac and was deceptively spacious and well equipped. We were lucky enough to have lots of sun and the bungalow certainly lived up to its name! There are lovely shops and pubs nearby and in the wider surrounding area. We absolutely couldn't fault this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

The house was in an excellent situation; close to all amenities in Church Stretton yet quiet and secluded with lovely views. We were a group of 6 adults, with 3 cars and bikes and there was ample space for us and our equipment. The property was very clean and well-planned as a holiday home.
