On sunny days, the kids can run wild in the extensive garden, with its slide and swing, while you relax with a glass of wine. And, come evening, the whole gang can gather to enjoy a barbeque on the patio as the sun goes down.

Whiteford Sands is a ten-minute car drive away, and offers a two-mile stretch of sand – take a bracing walk in the winter, or go paddling in the summer. The neighbouring village of Llanmadoc has a pub and a community shop, and you can drive into Swansea in half an hour. And, if you're a fan of the great outdoors, then there are plenty of options nearby, from rock climbing and abseiling to sea kayaking.
