Area
Derrybeg is a seaside village on County Donegal's scenic west coast, in one of Ireland's "gaeltacht" regions. There are wonderful sandy beaches here, a lovely coastline and several pubs and restaurants. Nearby Glenveagh National Park is well worth a visit, while Letterkenny and Donegal towns are within easy reach.

Region
The West of Ireland conjures up many images: thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.
