• Outdoors: Garden is laid to lawn at the front and a generous patio area with table and chairs and brick built barbecue overlooks the sea.
• Parking: Parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
• Family facilities: High chair provided.
• Pets: One dog allowed. £25 per pet per week.
• General: Oil & electricity included in rent; oil fired c.h.
• Important notes: No smoking, mobile phone coverage varies. Small children should be supervised in the garden at all times. Please note this property is reached by an unmade road which is uneven in places. 
• Changover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure - 9:00am.
