Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC. The hall and the cottage sit in three acres of formal gardens with courtyard, terrace, garden furniture and BBQ, leading to eight acres of fenced paddocks. To the rear of the hall are tennis courts, a play park with Victorian mansion playhouse for the younger guests.
