Seaview is a comfortable seaside cottage situated in the village of Preston near to the town of Weymouth in Dorset with wonderful sea views. The cottage can sleep 4 people in 1 twin and 1 double with en-suite shower bedrooms as well as a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room. There is off road allocated parking for 1 car and unlimited roadside parking and a patio with garden furniture. Seaview is ideally placed family cottage for beach and exploring Jurassic coast.

Accomodation Details
The cottage is set back from the road and carparks, within a small, mostly residential development, tucked away towards the corner. It is the 2nd cottage in a row of 8 similar, mixed residential and holiday cottages. Bedrooms x 2 Ground floor compact, twin room, with 2 single beds, adjacent to shower room with hand basin and WC off the hall. Upstairs: double room, with 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom, with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Slight height restriction to the side of the dormer window / bed in the main bedroom. Sea views. Ground floor, small open plan kitchen with lounge seating area and pull-out dining drop leaf table (in the corner) with stowaway chairs under. Sliding door to open aspect patio with sea views.

Area
Bowleaze is just behind Bowleaze Cove that is seated at the end of Weymouth’s long 3-mile beach front perched on the edge of Preston. A small sand and shingle beach is a popular choice for those who like to use Jet Ski’s as it’s one of the few areas on the beach front they can be used freely. A popular area of Weymouth offering beautiful views back towards Weymouth and Portland whilst only being a short distance from the main beach and town centre. There are many places to eat and you can join the south west coast path towards Osmington Mills, Ringstead and beyond from here. Predominantly a residential area, it’s perfect those who want to escape to the seaside but retain the tranquillity of a residential area.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels. Folding cot available. Allocated parking space (Number 24) for one car, further free parking on roadside (subject to availability). Patio N.B: open to left side and rear, and has a short drop (70cm) at rear. Garden furniture and a picnic bench. One well-behaved dog permitted. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, beach cafe and a pub: 2 - 3 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk, via cottages’ private footpath (some steps down). The 7 steps down to the property from the pavement can be avoided by using the rear footpath which is gently sloping and has 2 steps up. It starts behind the parking spot number 42. Seaview, number 24 is 2nd property on right from pavement access. For dog owners, please remember your dog bed and all other pet provisions. No pets allowed upstairs nor on furniture please.
