A travel cot and highchair are available and outside there is ample off-road parking, a shared rear courtyard and a front area with a bench. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop in 7.6 miles, and a pub within 1.5 miles. Note: Though the property has ground-floor accommodation, the beds are bunk beds, please consider this when booking. Scale Force is a superb choice for a break to Cumbria. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Area
Keswick is the North Lake District's holiday centre and has enough to offer year-round. The town has shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as miniature golf, excellent parks, the Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing, and great mountain biking opportunities. The beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre.
