There are two bedrooms in the cottage, consisting of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a twin, served by a bathroom, sleeping four guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars, a courtyard with a bench, 600 acres of woodland and gardens, and three miles of coastline. Royal Artillery Cottage makes a wondrous base for a family or couple seeking a coastal retreat.

Area
Maybole is a charming Scottish town sitting with South Ayrshire in easy reach of the coast and the beautiful Galloway Forest Park. The town hosts a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and more, as well as its 19th century town hall and Maybole Castle being particular marvels. There are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and watersports in the area too, with a trip to Ayr making a wonderful day out for all.
