There is also a bathroom with a separate shower. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is a front and rear garden with a barbecue, picnic bench and bike storage. There is also roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Rose Cottage is a charming cottage in a lovely location.

Area
Freshwater is situated at the western tip of the Isle of Wight and consists of Freshwater Village and Freshwater Bay. Freshwater village offers a good selection of small independent shops, cafes and the West Wight Sports Centre and Indoor Swimming Pool. The magnificent high chalk cliffs, rolling downs and delightful beaches at Freshwater Bay and nearby Compton Bay attract many visitors and surfers all year round.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
