Just a twelve-minute drive from Reading town centre, you’ll find this modern detached home. Local attractions include Charvil Meadows a one-minute stroll away, while Charvil Country Park is ten minutes on foot. Henley (which holds the Royal Regatta), Ascot Racecourse and Windsor are all under a thirty-minute drive, while Twyford Station is a four-minute ride and offers trains into London (around a thirty-five-minute journey). Back at this home, there’s a garden for alfresco drinks, and a lawn for the kids to play on. Whilst modern, this home may not be for you if you’re looking for character or a homely feel.

*The decor is very simple and generic – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its location in Charvil with its great connections to Reading and London.
*If you're travelling by plane, London Heathrow is the nearest airport – it's a thirty-minute drive away.
