Lovely Stay .. Nice touches . Comfortable and clean . Excellent location . As we were working on our stay and in the evening . It would have been nice to have had a small television in the bedrooms . Other than that . Brilliant Thank you

On and off street parking at night is completely full although space can sometimes be found in 1 and 2 hr slots on the main rd from 5pm to 9am to which add on the 1 or 2 hrs.. We were lucky to have the parking in the boatyard.

We enjoyed our stay at Primrose Cottage very much.. This is such a beautiful part of the country with lots to do and places to explore. The cottage was warm and cosy, with the log burner a real treat for us. The cottage was very dog friendly and the secure garden, although small, was just right. People walking past the cottage down the alley way was a bit unsettling for the dog who barked at everyone who went past. The sofa wasn't the most comfortable but it didn't really matter because we didn't spend much time on it anyway. The range of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance was great.

The cottage is really well appointed and thought out, including a couple of stair gates for confining a dog in one area or keeping it downstairs.. It's in a very good location – within easy reach of loads of places of interest and walking distance from Lidl and Sainsbury's, and Falmouth if you don't mind a bit more of a walk. The owners are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful, and we were very happy with every aspect of the rental process. However, if you have a dog who will get upset and bark when it hears people walking past, then this may be an issue since there is a pathway that passes very close to the cottage, so anybody walking or talking is audible. It really isn't busy (at all), but our pup did have a bit of a woof every time he did hear people, and a more neurotic dog would probably find it a bit stressful. This is true of any cottage in a town or village location of course, and is not intended as a criticism, just a comment on our experience that will probably mean I'll pick somewhere more rural next time to avoid nighttime barking.

Cottage was simply beautiful, only thing l need to say is that looking at the picture content looked like both bedrooms were of the same hence why l partly chose it , little bit disappointing to find that the second bedroom was a lot smaller and completely different .. Apart from that it was lovely.

They have obviously just installed Netflix, when trying to use it kept asking if we wanted a months free subscription, needs sorting, otherwise nice cottage in a run down area, problem with noisy neighbours at night, however not a lot anybody can do about it..
