French doors lead out onto the back garden which has a mixture of paved surfaces, stone steps and lawn. There is also a sun room and a games room.

Area
Carlyon Bay consists of three beaches – Crinnis, Shorthorn and Polgaver and is near St Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. With stunning views across the bay Sea Road is known locally as Millionaires’ Road and the area is just a mile from nearby Charlestown. The Carlyon Bay Hotel is open for non-residents and there is a fantastic golf course too.
