This property is situated on a quiet road in the pretty seaside village of Old Hunstanton, a quiet alternative to the neighbouring resort town of Hunstanton. In the summer months the wide expanse of sandy beach in the village is perfect for relaxed days sunbathing, paddling, and playing beach games. On cooler days wrap up and head out along the coastal path for a scenic walk, or perhaps sit and watch the kite surfers for whom Old Hunstanton is a favourite spot. The kitchen, meanwhile, is a light and airy room with breakfast bar seating alongside a good range of equipment including a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washer/dryer can be found in the separate utility room with WC. Two of the property s bedrooms, both twin rooms, can be found on the ground floor, both of which benefit from en suite shower rooms, each with a shower and WC. One of the rooms also has patio doors opening directly onto the patio and garden. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms. The first of these is a pleasant king size room, whilst the other is an attractive twin room which boasts its own private roof terrace overlooking the garden. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over bath and WC. The property s garden is a generously sized space extending around to the side and rear of the house, offering a large lawn and a patio seating area where there is a large table and chairs seating up to eight guests.
