The cottage was the ideal place to stay to explore the lakes, dales and Morecambe Bay.. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and well equipped place to stay. We are looking forward to going again in September. The cottage was beautifully clean and roomy.

Old Crow Trees barn is a beautiful couple's retreat with super comfortable, clean and generously sized accommodation with all the amenities you could wish for.. The photos do not do it justice! Pam is a very friendly and helpful host who has thought of everything to make the accommodation among the best we have ever stayed in and we hope to have a return visit at some point.

I would recommend this cottage to any one, it's the best of the best and we have stayed in dozens across the world, it really is a hidden gem, photos don't do it justice, and the area is outstandingly beautifull..

Old Crow Trees Barn is a really lovely cottage for two - very tastefully furnished and decorated, it's very peaceful and quite rural but easy to get to lots of places of interest.. I would definitely recommend as an excellent base for visiting Lancashire, Cumbria or North Yorkshire.

The Cottage was in immaculate condition, and so were the grounds, and was nice and quite and very relaxing, and it's position is great for the Lakes , Yorkshire and of coarse Lancashire.. We had great days out and a comfortable home to retune too. and had good meals out at Kirby - Lonsdale. Paul and Margaret Wright.

This barn was a wonderful place to stay, every thing you would ever need was provided .. Set in a rural village it was so peaceful with views over pasture land with lots of birds to watch. For a country person this is a perfect place for a holiday not far from the Dales or Lakes.

The house was beautiful and a very high standard.. The owners left lovely finishing touches such as umbrellas to borrow, milk and wine in the fridge and yummy biscuits on the side. We felt very at home and had a lovely relaxed stay. Everything had been carefully thought about to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Plenty to do and see in the area.

The accommodation is beautiful (we loved the new deep pile carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom) and the sense of rest and quiet was so enjoyable and just what we needed.. We explored the Yorkshire Dales and had a particularly memorable walk along the Ingleton Waterfall trail on our last day when the rain had swollen the rivers to make a dramatic display.
