Ohope Barn is a charismatic barn conversion situated in the pretty village of Ringmore in South Devon. Set in a reverse-level layout, there are three ground floor bedrooms, including two doubles, one with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with family bathroom. The first floor is comprised of a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, with the property sleeping eight in total. The first floor also consists of a spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburner. The garden offers spacious lawned areas with a BBQ and outdoor seating, and there is off-road parking for 2 cars at the front. Ohope Barn is a tranquil family retreat to this beautiful coastal part of Devon.

Area
Situated within the South Devon AONB, the little village of Ringmore is located in a stunning coastal position with the outstanding cliffs and the sandy beach of Bidbury Bay just being a mile away. Within the village there are thatched cottages, a 13th century pub, Journeys End Inn, a stocked shop and Post Office. The South West Coast Path passes through the village with three different pathways leading down to Ayrmer Cove and Challaborough Bay.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
