This property is a fantastic home perfect for families and friends, the living spaces are large and comfortable with a large corner sofa and a log burner (Guests will need to bring their own wood), cosy up in the evening and watch a funny film on the TV with a glass of wine. There is also a utility room to the side of the dining room and the kitchen which leads to the rear garden. The rear garden is beautiful and catches the sun all day, outside furniture is provided along with a charcoal barbeque (Guests will need to bring their own charcoal), and multiple levels for children to enjoy. Inside the property on the first floor is a cloakroom, family bathroom with bath and wall mounted thermostatic shower and hand basin and second w.c.. To the side and front of the house on the first floor is the twin room, looking out to the garden steps and then the master bedroom overlooking the road and other townhouses. 

2 Townstal is roughly a 10 minute walk down the hill into the main town and it will take about 20 minutes to walk back up the hill to the house. he property is on a main bus route too if you didn't want to walk.

Outside: Enclosed Garden, this is a multi level garden. Please do not leave children unattended in the front or rear garden. 

Parking: On street parking only. This property does not provide parking. There are several housing areas where you can park during your holiday, these are roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from the property.

Pets: 2 Pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
