The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining seating for two with additional seating on the corner sofa, a sitting room with Smart TV, sofa bed and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a garden and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please be aware that there is limited space around the beds. Home away from Home, West Way makes for a fabulous base for exploring Cornwall.

Area
There is constantly a buzz of activity around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven-arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. Alternatively, you can travel between East and West Looe via river taxi. There are small cobbled alleys, twisting passageways and plenty of tourist shops in East Looe, while West Looe has a beautiful harbour view. Banjo Pier, the town's most prominent vantage point, can be accessed from the quay and offers stunning views of the harbour, fishing trawlers, and Looe Island, which, during low tides, is accessible by foot.
