Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a gas fireplace. With gas central heating and a gas fireplace. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob with gas, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and coffee maker. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, and DVD library. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking for two cars is available off-road. Decking and furniture in the garden. Sorry, no smoking allowed. From the property it is 0.4 miles to a shop, 0.2 miles to a pub, and 0.4 miles to the beach. Neptune's Lodge is the ideal location for a peaceful escape with loved one surrounded by the rolling countryside.

Area
Dawlish Warren, a mile-long sand beach at the mouth of the Exe River on the English Riviera, is located a few miles north east of Dawlish. Shops selling necessities are available, as well as a golf course and a 55-acre nature reserve, an area of international significance for biodiversity and a wintering place for thousands of wading birds and wildfowl. Over 450 kinds of flowering plants call the Nature Reserve home, including the incredibly rare Warren or Sand Crocus. During the summer months, the Reserve offers guided tours.
