Beautiful cottage.. Had everything we needed and more. We took my elderly parents with us and they enjoyed every minute. It is a bit remote but the peace and quiet was so nice. We had a much needed relaxing week. Had a few meals out in the lovely garden.Even had a bbq.A good base for exploring Norfolk. We will most definitely be back. X

We really loved this charming cottage the remote location was not a problem as we are well used to narrow country lanes.. Very quite area bed comfortable thus able to sleep well every night.Alex was most helpful and sorted out a few minor problems very quickly. Although the WiFi was much slower than we have at home it was still adequate for holiday use. We so much enjoyed our stay that we hope to use it again maybe next year.

We found Moat Farm home from home, the only thing missing was the Nursery which was advertised on Booklng but we understand now why it was closed.. The owner could not have been nicer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The owners have thought of everything and are very attentive. Everything is to a high standard, very clean and well equipped and furnish beautifully. The only slight set back is the remoteness and narrow roads but it certainly wouldn't put me off staying again.

Excellent accommodation.. Warm, comfortable & clean. Plenty of hot water & towels & comfortable beds with good quality linen. Well equipped kitchen with bonus of a slow cooker & lots of crockery/cutlery. We know Norfolk well & have self catered in the county many times, Most Farm Cottage is a superior accommodation. The isolated position is something to be considered, however.

Not everyone's cup of tea, as the property is well off the beaten track.. We loved it and will be returning. Interior finished to a very high standard, with good quality fixtures and fittings. Spacious accommodation. Alex is very welcoming, but doesn't get in your face - perfect! Lovely eggs from the chucks, too. Another fab Sykes property - we recommend Sykes to everyone.

Great little holiday cottage just perfect for us and our 3 small children (5 and under).. Great little secure garden for them to play in. Quite off the beaten track but this didn’t matter as we went out everyday and we were very close to lots of attractions and plenty of beaches. Holiday cottage well equipped and we ate in most nights in the garden while the kids slept. Lovely little welcome gifts of tea, milk, biscuits and eggs. We would definitely recommend this lovely little holiday cottage and we had a fantastic holiday!

The cottage owners were very welcoming and I felt we could have asked them anything.. They came to say hello when we arrived and let us know where to leave the key on our return home. I feel they went over and above most other cottages we have stayed in. Athough they introduced themselves they left us alone to enjoy our holiday.

This has to be the best cottage we have stayed in. Superbly well appointed and furnished. Good sized rooms with 2 double bedrooms and adult bunks in the third. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Situated in the middle of peaceful countryside with just the call of the birds and the very occasional tractor. What may not suit everybody is the remoteness - it takes a good 15 minutes along single track roads to get to a main road. But the cottage is worth it, and well situated for the coast, broads and Norwich. Will definitely go back.

The cottage is luxuriously fitted out, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, heated towel rowels, en-suite bathroom has a lovely large power shower. Kitchen is fully fitted and perfect. We loved it there, and it is close to so many little villages, and also to places like Cromer and Holt, so ideally situated for us on holiday.

This is a beautiful cottage. Recently developed with quality furnishings and decor in pristine condition. Well equipped with quality bathroom and kitchen fittings and large bedrooms. The third bedroom contains adult sized bunks but does not feel small. It is situated off a very quiet rural lane where all you can hear is the wind in the trees, the singing of the birds and the cluck of a hen. We relaxed immediately upon arrival. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is in an area of narrow lanes and tiny hamlets with woods and farmland. It is well situated for accessing the many attractions of Norfolk, BUT you do have to travel several miles of narrow lanes (largely single track) before you hit a two lane highway in any direction; so travel is slower than you might expect. So if you have children who only want to be on the beach in 10 minutes, this is not the place for you. However if you want a quiet retreat, where you can explore or just chill; where the days could drift slowly by or be activity filled, staying in excellent accommodation, then this is the perfect place for you.

The cottage was exceptional, with quality fixtures and fittings, tasteful décor and pristine condition. The accommodation is generous with good sized bedrooms, yet in a compact shell. It is in such a beautiful and peaceful rural area. It was so quiet, all you could hear was the wind in the trees and the birds singing.

Would thoroughly recommend Moat Farm Cottage, a very comfortable, excellent property, finished to a very high standard. Although a very rural location, it is centrally located for visits to the coast, National Trust properties, Sandringham and the Broads. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

The cottage was furnished and built to a very high standard. Underfloor heating, comfortable furniture and beds, christy towels, soft bedding to name just a few of the many things that made the cottage one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone planning a trip to Norfolk. We visit family there numerous times a year so have rented a number of cottages, this being the most comfortable and luxurious one yet, we will be booking again very soon.
