We had a very comfortable stay at Min-y-Traeth.. The house was warm and we had everything we needed. The perfect place to come back to after a day's walking. Thanks.

We are a family of 5 plus dog.. Kids aged 11-17. A great holiday property. Very clean and all the facilities you would need. Great water pressure for the showers! Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, knives etc. We took our dog and it was great for him too. The only downside being that the back garden area is unfenced but we knew that when we booked and we managed fine with a long line tethered to the ground. Nice touches like fresh flowers and welsh cakes were an added bonus. Would have liked more info on recycling, we left it all together in the garage as requested but I think it has to be segregated in Gwynedd area? A great house, close to the beach and loads to do in the area and hope to book again soon. Thank you.

It would be good if the rear garden could be fenced off to provide a safe area for dogs

The cottage was very spacious and comfortable.. Apart from two failed lightbulbs, everything worked as it should. The only downside (which we knew about before booking) was the lack of security for our two dogs due to open plan garden. Really nice property!

House & location fantastic, only drawback was no fence so unable to let dog out without someone keeping an eye on him in case he wandered off.. But everything else was perfect.

Stayed here in November and the house was lovely and warm and had everything we needed for a perfect break. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely that the house was dog friendly, although the garden is not fenced at all which is not a problem for us, but may be for others. Nice to have off street parking and we parked two cars off road.

Absolutely outstanding holiday home from home. We stayed here for the first couple of weeks in august and had a wonderful time. The property is ideally situated with the beach at the end of the road which was perfect for dog walking each morning. Also, fantastic for a quick morning jog with a great route up to the castle then along the coast to Dylans and then back up through the town and either across to neighbouring Llanystumdwy or back down to the house. The house has everything you might need. The utility room was great with a big chest freezer and washer. All the rooms are light, airy and spacious. The bedrooms were fantastic with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. All in all, a wonderful stay made more pleasant by the very friendly owner who greeted us with cake and flowers. Massive thanks from the Bennetts and hope to return next year.

The location was great. Lovely to be able to start walks from the house and not have to go by car everyday. However it was close to the places we wanted to visit when we did get the car out. A very comfortable, spacious house. We had the most fantastic weather all week which made our stay even better.

nice spacious light, airy rooms. Plenty of cupboard space, handy utility with washing machine and good sized chest freezer. Sea and coastal path literally one minute away which our dog appreciated as the garden is not fenced in but was no problem. Criccieth village main street few minutes walk and castle worth a visit. Plenty of places of interest to visit locallywould recommend beach at Morfa Nefyn, river walk at Beddgelert and a day in Barmouth to include walk over the raiway bridge spanning the estuary.

The property was in a quiet location but very close to the seafront with views of the sea and castle from most windows. It was also near the coastal path and the town of Criccieth had good facilities and was very good for touring the area, nothing seemed very far away.

Min y Traeth is a lovely home.. It is so spacious, and with wonderful views of the sea from the dining room, and bed rooms. The bedrooms are lovely and with an en-suite in the main bedroom it is just perfect. It has a wonderful kitchen and utility room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, either on their own or in a family. We were cosy and warm, with the heating and fire.

A well maintained, spacious house which was furnished to a very good standard. Down side was the garden which was unfenced allowing for local free roaming dogs to use at their leisure. A good location for visiting local attractions both in Criccieth and further afield.

This holiday home is ideally situated for the beach and for pottering around the village of Criccieth. The castle is worth a visit just for the views. The house is a new, modern, spacious, detached house so was just like transporting our own home to the seaside. Criccieth itself is a good base for touring further afield by car for longer breaks. This home is 100m away from the coastal path too. Excellent choice.
