Open-plan lounge/diner: soft seating for 5, dining table and 4 chairs. TV.
Kitchen: Two steps down to the kitchen which has fitted oak units with a single oven with 4-ring gas hob, undercounter fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Master bedroom: double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: bath with separate step-in shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Entertainment: TV.
Outside: good-sized level plot surrounded by fields. Patio area with a picnic bench and barbecue.
Parking: off road parking the 2 cars.
General: changeover day - Saturday. LPG Heating. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
