Salcombe is within short driving distances of South and North Sands beaches, Bantham Beach, Kingsbridge Town and the lovely beach side village of Hope Cove. 

The property itself has four bedrooms for eight guests, it is a large and spacious property with a kitchen, utility, breakfast room, open plan lounge and dining room, four bedrooms, two family bathrooms, separate w.c. and a multi-tiered garden. The property is also suitable for up to two pets.

Outside: Multi-tiered garden with Pond (Safety Mesh covers the pond), decked terrace. 

Parking: Parking on the private driveway available, can fit up to 3 large vehicles. 

General: WiFi Provided. Gas and Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Baby equipment is not provided. 

Pets: 2 Pets are welcome. Note - You will need to pay an additional pet fee and ou must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
