Outside, there is a covered decking with hot tub and communal access to the fire pits, barbecue area and children's play ground. There is off-road parking for 2 cars behind the cabin, with additional parking available in the fishery car park Within 3.9 miles there is a supermarket, in 0.6 miles, a shop and 0.5 miles a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Sunset View at Mill Hayes Lakes. Note: There are lakes on this site and children and pets must be supervised at all times. Note: An Electric Vehicle charger is available in the fishery car park at no additional cost. Note: Exclusivity of the site, is only potentially until May/June 2024, when a second cabin will be added to the site.

Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Discounted short breaks are available.(excluding February half term, Easter, Christmas and New Year) from a Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday at a rental cost excluding booking fee of £1200 in 2023 and £1236 in 2024.

Area
Cullompton, a historic village, may be found in the tranquil, verdant Culm Valley, not far from the majestic Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The ancient market centre in this busy town features some stunning half-timbered, tudor-style houses, and the towering sandstone spire of St. Andrew's Church, built in the 15th century, can be seen for miles around. The town's proximity to Exeter (16 miles), the sandy beaches of Exmouth (also within a half-hour drive), and both Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park (both within a half-hour drive) make it a fantastic home base for sightseeing excursions. You can rent bikes, walk or ride horses, or use one of the many bridleways to get out and see the sights in this lovely town.

Region
