Little Noo is a terraced cottage in the lovely village of Upton St Leonards near Gloucester. The cottage has a double, a single and a room with adult bunks, along with a bathroom with roll-top bath. Downstairs is a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a garden area to the front and rear. Little Noo is ideally located for enjoying the Cotswolds, towns and villages, walking and wildlife or just the amenities of this lovely village.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks, 1 x single. Bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Dining room. Sitting room with gas woodburner-effect stove.

The historic waterfront city of Gloucester offers Victorian Docklands, a Norman Cathedral and a range of shops, markets, restaurants, pubs and visitor attractions.

I booked this cottage through a third party agent, who booked through Sykes Cottages. The property cost me over £1200 for 4 nights. During the majority of my stay including on one day from 5am dogs barking and howling in the adjoining house and the dulcet tones of drilling, sanding and humans shouting at the dogs. Not the relaxing stay I had hoped for. I have complained through the agent and directly to Sykes Cottages but we have heard nothing back.

Well located for the area with picturesque walks and interesting places to visit nearby.. Enjoyed a walk from Crickley Country Park and visit to Sudeley Castle.

The cottage was perfect it had absolutely everything needed to make an amazing comfortable stay.. Unfortunately didn't get to see the owners but the contact over the phone we had was quick and helpful. They really have thought of everything. Will definitely be going back next year.

This cottage is one of the nicest we have been to ,aga to cook on which i enjoyed but can get very not so good in summer lovely and warm in winter also got a portable oven with 2 rings don.. T think you can do much cooking on it !! only thing i didn't like area was too quiet for me , not a village with a high street, pub was a 20 min walk shop 10 min walk farm shop 10 min Drive none of these was close to each other.

Spotlessly clean and welcoming cottage with everything we needed for a family holiday.. The reality massively exceeded the photos and descriptions online - there was even a bed guard we could use for our child's bed (we brought our own as we didn't realise this). A huge selection of toys, books and DVDs kept us all happy at rainy/quiet times and we had some lovely trips around the area to Robinswood Hill Country Park (highly recommended for great walks, fun slide and fantastic views at the top of the hill), Slimbridge Wetland Centre and Gloucester including the cathedral, Beatrix Potter shop and National Waterways Museum.

Booked this cottage via a company i won't mention for the races next year (2020). 4 months later after paying our deposit the owner decides to cancel the booking on us, as the races are on and he can make more money elsewhere so left us in the lurch without an apology! Reason we booked 12 months in advance was because how hard it is to find somewhere. Wouldn't mind but when we booked we asked to check the property was aware it was race weekend. Don't risk being let down like the rest of us! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The house is comfortable, light and more spacious than I expected.. We also enjoyed spending time in the lovely little back garden. It was fantastic having use of the children's books and toys.

Little Noo was perfect in every way.. The cottage was absolutely spotless and the owners have taken great care to provide everything I could have possibly needed. I adored the Aga and roll top bath especially! I cannot praise this comfy, cosy, warm blanket of a cottage, enough - deserving of five stars plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had 2 very young children with us, they were catered for very well.. The cottage itself was a delight. We felt at home from the start. One day, it rained hard all day, no problem, we were cosy and comforable and really relaxed. The advice regarding the distance to various places was accurate and helpful.

Little Noo is a great place for a holiday break.. There are plenty of places for all ages to visit and enjoy in the surrounding beautiful Cotswolds. The cottage has everything you need and is very comfortable. We will definitely visit Little Noo again.

A beautiful cottage, very well equipped and in a great location. Little Noo looks very small when you arrive but as soon as the front door opens it is a pleasant surprise, it is easily big enough for a family of 5!

This was the first time we'd used your company and this property. I cannot fault anything. Little Noo was just perfect. Directions to the property worked well. The owner was very helpful when we met her and little touches like milk in the fridge and tea and coffee provided was thoughtful. We have said we would like to return and will definitely use Sykes again.
