The house also boasts a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and deep fat fryer. The kitchen also contains cutlery, dishes and glassware for six people. Lake View House also has a large dining room and a spacious sitting room with multi channel TV and an open fireplace. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hot and cold running water.

Lake View House is an ideal place to holiday with children as there is a large children's play area at the rear of the property, complete with slide and swing.

There is also a self contained storage area complete with bait fridges to store that all important fishing bait. Other features include private parking for multiple cars and oil central heating. There is also a welcome pack on arrival and there is also a hair dryer available for your convenience.

Lake View Lodge

Lake View Lodge is a beautifully restored two storey, Irish Tourist Board approved house set in a peaceful rural setting in the Northwest of Ireland just five minutes drive from Ballinamore, Co Leitrim.

This house is situated right beside George's Lake, surrounded by a working farm and within 100 meters of Lake View House. From the doorstep of the Lodge one can walk down to a private mooring and take out one of the complimentary boats for some fishing, or just a morning row.

The property can accommodate up to six people and consists of three bedrooms, one double en-suite and two twin rooms with a shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a lounge with an open fire and multi-channel T.V. The Kitchen/Dining room is equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, toaster and deep fat fryer. There is an additional downstairs toilet and reception area with telephone. There is also a hair dryer available for your convenience.

Adjacent to the "Lodge" is the Granary with washroom, storage room/drying room for fishing/golf gear, Bait fridges for the fisherman and a separate bathroom. There is also a games room upstairs with pool table and dartboard for those rainy days.

The house is available all year round and has oil central heating and private parking. You will receive a Welcome Pack on arrival.
