Kymin View is an end-terrace cottage in a cul-de-sac in the centre of Monmouth. The cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric stove. Outside there is off road parking, bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decking, furniture and a barbecue. Very close to the local amenities of Monmouth, Kymin View provides a lovely base for a group of friends or a family.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area, sofa, chair and electric stove.

Area
An intriguing market town on the border between Wales and England and close to the exceptional Offa’s Dyke, this wonderful town combines old and new, from the old castle ruins to the vibrant weekly market. Located at the confluence of 3 rivers – the Wye, the Monnow and the Trothy, it is an excellent base to enjoy river boating, scenic walks and a little shopping too, or to sit and relax on the edge of the river and watch the rowers who regularly race and practise their skills.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We stayed at this lovely house from 2nd July to 9th July. This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped property that has been excellently maintained by the owner. It is very close to the town centre of Monmouth. We were very thankful to the lovely owner Elizabeth who had provided us with milk for tea and cakes on our arrival. This was most welcome after a 200 mile drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would return again. Monmouth and the surrounding countryside is great with lots of nice places to visit.

Pictures on the website don't do the property justice.. Quiet cul-de-sac; Spar two minutes; Monnow Bridge five minutes; town centre eight minutes. Helpful owner.

Very comfortable house for us - couple with 2 teenage girls.. Well equipped kitchen, although we would have preferred a washing machine to a dish washer. We loved the easy-to-access Netflix built in to the TV. Great location, very quiet and just 5 minutes walk from Monow Bridge and all the shops and restaurants. Easy access on foot to the path along the River Wye and by car to wider Monmouthshire.

We were looking for a comfortable house with easy access to the restaurants and shops of Monmouth for our stay in March.. Kymin View ticked all the boxes, it is a very comfortable modern cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking. A five minute level walk takes you to the Monnow bridge and you are in Monmouth town. It worked perfectly for us as a base to tour the area and have all the amenities of Monmouth on our doorstep come back to.

Monmouth is a really lovely town and this house is located in an excellent location to enjoy Monmouth the surrounding towns and villages the Wye Valley and the Black Mountains.. It really is the perfect spot for enjoying all the area has to offer. The pictures of the house don't really do It justice it really is a very warm comfortable house with everything required to make your stay comfortable. We had a fantastic week and would certainly stay again.

I would state, that there is a second bathroom on the groundfloor, which is a good positive point.. Within easy walking distance to center of town, very recommendable.

The only thing I would have liked is a tv in the main bedroom.. I find watching it, helps me to fall asleep. There are very limited choices on the freeview chanels. All in all though a very nice week.

The cottage was a brand new house and all the equipment, bedding, linen etc was new.. It was like a home from home. Excellent location for access to the many pubs, shops and restaurants in Monmouth. Also for walking there was easy access to the Wye Valley long distance footpath and Offa's Duke. Ideal for trips further afield such as the races at Chepstow and historic Bristol not to mention all the historic towns, villages and castles around.

This new house was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.. It is an easy, level walk into the town centre for shopping, laundry services, restaurants and historic places of interest. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area and the owner can be on hand to answer any queries. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
