We have now spent 7 weeks in Japonica which speaks for itself.. It is a perfect location for a Cotswold holiday - plenty of pubs/restaurants just across the green, within easy reach of all the attractive villages and National Trust properties, and a good bus service into Cheltenham. Bourton itself can get very crowded, but there is so much else to see in the surrounding areas. Took the train from Moreton-in-Marsh to Oxford this time, and spent the day hopping on and off the open-top bus - a brilliant day out.
