Within walking distance is the beautiful Instow beach, renowned for its golden sands and remarkable sand dunes, where dogs are welcomed all year round. Slightly further afield, but within a short drive, are many more beautiful beaches and the North Devon coastline to explore. Try out several of North Devon s best coastal walks, including Braunton and Northam Burrows. Other attractions nearby include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and the many National Trust properties in the area. A separate downstairs snug is located next to the kitchen/diner and has a feature fireplace, smart TV and French doors leading onto the garden. There is also a handy office space with desk on the ground floor, perfect for hybrid working. On the property s first floor, there are three further bedrooms: a double, a single and a twin. The master double is a relaxing spacious room with lovely river views, as has the single bedroom. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in neutral or coastal colours, creating a calm, restful atmosphere. The property s main bathroom is on the first floor accessed via two steps and offers a bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubicle, and WC.
