* Layout: Situated on two floors, one bedroom, en-suite located downstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 accessed via stone staircase, games room accessed via wooden staircase. The garden has some steep terraces and there are steps to the front & rear garden. Private water supply. 
* Parking: Ample private parking. There is a right of way in front of the house used by the local farmer so parking must avoid the area immediately in front of the property. You can park in front of the patio doors where the ground floor bedroom is.  
* Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed.
