This gorgeous property is situated in Scarborough's Old Town, in an elevated and enviable position providing stunning sea views. Make the most of this idyllic location, just a minute's walk from the seafront North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches. The vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. A trip to Scarborough would not be complete without a relaxing stroll along South Bay Beach whilst tucking into a mouth watering portion of fish and chips from the local takeaway. See some of your favourite artists and bands at the imposing Scarborough Open Air Theatre, then treat yourselves to dinner and drinks at one of the great restaurants and bars in the area. As you enter this beautifully decorated three storey house, you arrive in the hallway. On the ground floor, there is a handy boot room for your coats and boots, and a utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Take the stairs up to the first floor into the contemporary fitted kitchen, which is a signature part of this stylish accommodation. Sit at the breakfast bar, wine in hand, while the chef of the group prepares a delicious dinner. They ll find all the appliances they'll need for creating some culinary magic, including a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. After dinner, head into the sophisticated lounge, which enjoys glorious sea views, and cosy up on one of the sofas. A wall mounted Smart TV sits above a feature fireplace for your evening entertainment. Take your drink out to the small, south facing balcony and catch the sunset over the bay. This floor also features a useful larder with a large fridge and freezer and a separate WC. When it's time to turn in, head upstairs to the second floor and choose from one of three bedrooms: a boutique style king size with a four poster bed, Smart TV, mood lighting and sea views; a 4ft double bedroom with a built in bed and space to hang your things; or a twin room with four poster single beds. The high spec bathroom has a roll top bath, walk in shower and WC. When the sun is shining, head back downstairs to the rear garden, which backs onto the Castle walls. This makes a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or light up a BBQ and dine alfresco. There is also the provision of a picnic bench on the garden parkland opposite the front of the house. There is off street parking on the drive and a medium sized car can park in the garage.
