*There is no allocated parking for this property, only pay-and-display street parking (although parking is free between 6pm and 8am) – the host can provide one parking permit on request – there are two car parks close by for around £11 per day
*The host asks you to use slippers or indoor shoes when inside (if possible)
*There is a dedicated office space for remote working
*The garden is small but catches the sun in the evening
*The property is in a quiet, residential area and would suit families – ask your host about a cot if you're travelling with a baby
*Parties and extra guests are strictly prohibited
*There's a streaming service as well as Freeview TV
