Furthermore, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Hope Cove can be reached within a short distance by car. Higher Well Cottage prides itself on being dog friendly (two dogs maximum) and has a large country kitchen, a downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as two further bedrooms on the upper floor of this dormer style property, sleeping 5 in total. With pretty garden views available from all aspects, artwork adorning the walls and many places to sit for quiet contemplation, this beautiful cottage will provide lasting memories of a truly relaxing stay.

Entertainment: Samsung 36'' TV with HD and Dolby surround sound, Wifi, BT You View box. 

Outside: Large garden with lawned area, wild meadow and beds of herbaceous flowers, fruit and veg. Seating areas and log pitt available. Unsecured dry shed available for storage for wet suits, kayaks, bikes etc 

Parking: Free parking in private driveway for 4-5 cars including under a carport. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. No Smoking. Two Pets. Mobile Phone signal is average. Please provide your own logs or coal for the woodburner and log pit.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
