Wow I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We just been for 4 night with our dog and did not want to come home. Everything was 5 star, we stayed in the Shepard hideaway which was so private and the views was breath taking. Few nice little extra tuched, two home made Shepard pies and a bottle of fizz on arrival❤️. Some really nice walks and a few nice pubs on the way( string of horses dogs are welcome). Thankyou so much for a amazing stay and can’t wait to come back

We arrived to the site in the evening after a super foggy drive, we spoke to the owner quickly and at a distance (due to coronavirus) to find out where to park our car for our shepherds hut. The car is parked out of the way and nearby the back of the house which was decorated beautifully with christmas decor. The hut is situated behind the shop that is on site, unfortunately we never got chance to go into this shop but it did look lovely. Behind the shop is a line of trees, a beautiful enchanting walkway to the back of the hut and BAM, you are there! The heating was on, and the lights to light up our path made us feel amazing as soon as we arrived. Im not a fan of shepherds pie but this shepherds pie that was provided was UNREAL. Could eat that everyday for the rest of my life... The hut was beautifully done to a high standard, the bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. The hot tub was amazing after a long day out in the cold. The location is right in the middle for the North Penines and the upper part of the Lake District. I would 100% recommend and i would 100% return! Thank you!
