An inspiringly designed converted barn on a 100 acre, working cattle and arable farm, this is the perfect countryside bolthole to relax in. Close to the wooded Helford River and 6 miles from the town of Helston, it s also half way between Falmouth and Penzance. The property is within driving distance of the attractions and places of beauty including Mullion Cove, Coverack, Frenchman s Creek, Kynance Cove and Lizard Lighthouse, the most southerly part of the British mainland. The Lizard Peninsula is almost like a separate country from the rest of the county with its wooded coves, hidden rivers and quaint villages. If you like surfing seek out the characterful Gunwalloe Cove on the west coast of the Lizard. This attractive barn conversion is one of four properties, so for large group bookings this could be the ideal solution. On arrival, you will find a welcoming lounge with an electric fire, TV/DVD and French doors that lead out on a patio. The large kitchen/diner comes equipped with and electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table and another set of French doors. Upstairs a master bedroom with a king size bed with an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. Close by is another bedroom with twin beds. There is a third bedroom which is a good sized single. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with hand held shower over the bath and WC. Outside, each property a private patio with garden furniture and easy access to a shared garden.
