Reluctantly home after a lovely week at the Hay Store. Cottage was unbelievably clean and very well equipped. On arrival we found the owner had left fresh free range eggs and butter for us as well as a basket with black bags, dishwasher tablets, washing capsules etc for us to use. Beds and pillows were soooo comfy and a travel cot and high chair was provided too which was very much appreciated. The hot tub was just amazing and cleaned every morning. As for the views.... just stunningly beautiful! Opening the curtains every morning to the cows happily grazing in what was practically our back garden, was so lovely and everywhere was so peaceful. Would return here in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a relaxing and chilled family holiday.

Fantastic holidays, the scenery was beautiful.. The hot tub was amazing. The cottage itself was so clean, and had everything we needed. Was bigger than we thought it was going to be. We are already considering going back next year. You have to drive out to go to towns or villages, but if you are happy to do that then I would definitely recommend this place. We had a fantastic week here.

Lovely, well maintained cottage in a great location.. Kitchen is well equipped & en suites in each bedroom was brilliant. Fabulous views from the patio. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Hot tub is a fab addition especially after walking up and down Snowdon. A hard standing cover over it would be ideal but we appreciate it can be windy around the cottages. We would definitely recommend this holiday. Just one tiny thing...more than one tea towel in the kitchen would be useful but as I say that’s nothing. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Stayed here with a family members. Lovely place to stay. Clean and well presented. Eggs, butter and milk were there for us on our arrival which was a nice touch. The hot tub was set up and hot ready for us to use. The setting was beautiful with fields and hills...a nice chilled time was had by all. Julia was on hand if needed. I left a couple of items there too which she is kindly sending to me. Would definitely return.

The only issue we had was the sofa arrangement.. There was only room for 6 people and there was 7 of us which meant one of us had to sit on a dining room chair.

The Hay Store in Corwen is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views.. This needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. Our criteria was met fully. We wanted somewhere peaceful, semi-adapted with wheelchair access., a hot-tub and picturesque scenery. The barn conversions are so tastefully done inside. All the en-suites & the kitchen were 100% clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend any of the conversions for a relaxing retreat away from the fast lane. The accommodation has been thought out very well & having the very friendly owners on site is a bonus!
