Padstow and Wadebridge are about 4 miles away each having a good choice of shops and restaurants.

• Pets: Maximum 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week. House cats also welcome. 
• General: WiFi included, electricity and oil included in rent; wood-burning stove lounge; oil c.h./hot water (electric immersion back up); electric heated towel rail in bathroom.
• Important notes: No smoking, there are steep steps and no fence between the upper garden/patio and the lower patio. Please take care with the elderly and children and ensure young children are supervised at all time.
• Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 11am departure.
