We stayed here for New year. Our first impression when we arrived was it was stunning even in the dusk light. Once inside we were not disappointed. The old beams mixed with the modern tiles and clean white walls work beautifully. The barn is excellently located for Mundesley, Cromer and Shearingham which we visited whilst staying. We also walked along the river just up the road from the barn which was a lovely walk. The barn is very well equipped and what they haven't got you probably don't need. Plenty of local information available at the barn. The barn worked really well for our 2 families 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. Whilst at the cottage we read through the visitors book and had a real laugh at some of the things people complained about. When I'm away I have much better things to do than watch how long it takes for the sink to drain and I'm more than capable to cut a pizza with a knife if there isn't a pizza cutter (which there is now). Having read through these things the owners had obviously taken these on board and any issues they had amended and equipment people had complained about not having were now available. The bubbles and chocolates on arrival were a lovely welcoming touch. An amazing place to spend new year would definitely stay again.

Beautiful modern bright, yet cosy barn. It is equipped with everything you would need, no need to pack anything but your clothes. If you take a dog they even provided dog basket. Modern kitchen and large dining table inside and outdoors. Bedrooms very comfy and again, modern bathrooms. Outdoor garden very private and has a covered area. Situated in very quiet area in the country side with lovely walks on your door step. No restaurants or pubs within walking distance but this didn't bother us as you can find these with just a short drive. Went for my 60th birthday so the prosecco and chocolates were much appreciated. Run by nice, friendly couple. Not far from the Broads and beaches

My first impression of Flint Barn was wow! Beautifully designed family space for a family of 8, with high ceilings, large windows opening out onto countryside and a spacious sunny courtyard with plenty of space for children and dogs to play and adults to sit with a nice glass of wine! As a family we really enjoyed Flint Barn the sitting area was relaxing and cosy, the dining area was lovely and spacious and the modern kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The main bedroom had a luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi which was a welcomed luxury after a day of walking. Each morning we woke up to delightful bird song it was so peaceful and relaxing! Knapton is beautiful and quiet surrounded by pretty countryside with plenty of beautiful circular walks straight from the front door. It was perfect all round for our family and we all really enjoyed our stay at Flint Barn Knapton. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay and the delightful bottle of Prosecco and delicious box of chocolates that we received on arrival, a lovely touch which was appreciated!
