Within easy reach are Church Stretton, Shrewsbury, Leominster, Hereford, Cleobury Mortimer, Ironbridge Gorge, Severn Valley Railway, West Midlands Safari Park, Acton Scott Historic Farm, Berrington Hall and the Cardingmill Valley.
