Eryl is a detached bungalow situated on a quiet private cul-de-sac at Nefyn, Gwynedd. Hosting three bedrooms; two doubles, and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, sitting room with electric fire and a conservatory. To the outside is off-road parking for 2/3 cars, and a lawned garden to the front and enclosed garden to the rear. Located in a desirable setting with an abundance of charm, Eryl is a lovely cottage in a coastal part of Wales.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with electric fire. Conservatory.

Area
Nefyn is a coastal town situated on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula. The town boasts a two mile stretch of sandy beach, and a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Within driving distance are the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch, plus the Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

It is our third visit and has deteriorated. The lounge walls still have the same marks on them as last year, the master bedroom lampshade is still loose, the conservatory is ramshackle, the dishwasher leaks, spare bedroom mattress broken and although a new cooker it hadn't been checked and the grill doesnt work. We won't be returning.

We were booked in for 5 nights, we left after 3 nights. We reported the next morning after we had arrived to advise that the property requires a proper clean. The toilet is not fixed to the floor, there is black mould all around the shower base, the shower mats were disgusting. The lounge floor had dried blood on it. The shelf unit in the lounge was like the leaning tower of Pisa. The windowsill had thick dust & human hairs on it. Every room had cobwebs and spiders. The door handle from kitchen to "conservatory" was missing one side. Microwave handle broken and cooker oven needs a good clean Will never book with Sykes again. I have many pictures to support the above and more !!

A nice bungalow for the most part but lacking a washing machine & clothes line / tumble dryer! Advises there is a games room but there isnt. Also sais there is an open fire but fireplace is completely blocked and there is an electric fire there. The furniture is very hard & uncomfortable and not really adequate for 5-6 people. The leather sofa is the best but that’s still hard & uncomfortable. Shower floor is very slippery needs a shower mat! Hot water tap in kitchen is VERY HOT! With above sorted out & some things tidied up and/or fixed it would be a really lovely & cosy bungalow to stay in.
