The farmyard sounds may be gone, but the rustic charm of this home remains. It’s one of six converted barns, dotted around a central courtyard in the Suffolk countryside, and you’ll find exposed brickwork and ceiling timbers to enjoy inside. It seems the chickens and sheep lived in style, as you’ll find a surprisingly spacious open plan living area – perfect for a couple or small family to spend quality time together. There’s a private enclosed patio to sip your morning coffee on, and if you wander out into the communal gardens, you’ll have uninterrupted views that stretch across acres of farmland towards Tunstall Forest and the River Alde. The village of Iken is a short drive away, and if you keep going, you’ll find Aldeburgh, with its shingle beach, world-famous fish and chips, and thoroughfare full of independent boutiques and delicatessens.

*Two pets are welcome to join you during your stay
*This home is on farm land and there is a livery on-site
