With views over the Barle valley, wild red deer grazing from the neighbouring woods and Exmoor ponies in the fields next door it is a wonderful tranquil place to relax. The coast to the North at Porlock and Minehead (with a steam railway) is within a 20min drive with wonderful long sandy beaches to be found further west at Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. These beaches are particularly popular with families for swimming and surfing. This is an ideal spot for all the family to be based with plenty of places to walk and explore Exmoor as well as many children s activity centres, zoos, wildlife centres, horse riding, golfing and fishing. Only 3 miles away is the vibrant little town of Dulverton which has pubs, restaurants, tearooms, a small supermarket, delicatessen, bakery, butchers, Doctors and pharmacy. A short drive can also be taken to discover the picturesque Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the Blackdown Hills and the Quantock Hills. The Cottage has Wifi and Freesat TV.
