Drum House can be found tucked away in Dartmouth, South Devon, set back from the main town itself. The house is centrally located with a level walk of only 300 yards to the beautiful Foss Street where you'll find a snippet of the shops the town has to offer. The property is close to all of the pubs, restaurants, cafes and clothes shops in the town. It's a great base with the opportunity of shopping and adventure. Dartmouth offers lots of walking, boat trips, our very own cinema in The Flavel and take a trip of the Steam train in Kingswear, only a short passenger ferry away. Drum House is a modern terrace property set on 4 floors, the bedrooms are located on the two top floors and the social spaces like the kitchen/diner and lounge can be found on the two lower floors. It's a lovely property and can cater for 6 people easily, with 3 bedrooms, a shower room, a family bathroom and an ensuite in the master bedroom. Well equipped for family or friends.

Rooms: Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Lounge. Second Floor: Shower Room, Family bathroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3. Third Floor: Master Bedroom and Ensuite. 

Kitchen & Utilities: Range style cooker with five gas ring hobs and double electric oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Bluetooth/DAB radio. 

Entertainment: Wall mounted Flat Screen TV with Freeview in the lounge, wall mounted TV/DVD combi in the Master Bedroom. 

Parking: Annual ticket provided for town car park (this works on a first come first serve basis). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride at the top of Dartmouth opposite Sainsburys. 

General: Wifi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rent. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay (Please bring your own beach towels).

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: No Smoking.  Please be aware this property is set over 4 floors therefore, we feel this property is not suitable for infants or toddlers. Baby friendly equipment is not supplied for the above reason.  WiFi Provided. Strong Mobile Phone Signal. No outside space. Please be aware there is not a washing machine or tumble dryer. The Laundrette is roughly 300 Yards away from the property.
